A Glimpse into Our Lives

I’ve read blogs for years, and I have found quite a few that I follow regularly. There are cooking blogs, travel blogs, movie blogs, tech blogs, personal finance blogs… For the most part, all single topic blogs.

But the blogs I like the most, the ones that I miss if they don’t write anything for a while, are the ones where, over time, I begin to feel like I know the author. They become a friend. I feel like I know about their family, and their daily life. They don’t know me – I’m just another faceless follower, who rarely even comments. But I “know” them, and I enjoy very much getting to know them. For me, that’s more interesting than whatever topic they are writing about that day.

Bridgette and I have called this blog a multi topic blog – we want to talk about cooking and crafts, money and travel, Korean cooking and culture, etc.

But I hope that, if there is one “main” topic, it is a glimpse into our lives, a chance to get to know us a little bit. And hopefully, occasionally, we might make you laugh.

The last 2 weeks have been so busy, even only working part time I’m barely getting things done. And yet – I can’t think of anything terribly important that I’ve done. I guess it’s a holiday thing.

So I haven’t written much lately, and I apologize. A blog is nothing without something to read. But I have a million ideas rolling around in my head, and I hope things calm down enough soon, so I can get some of these thoughts down on “paper”!

If you enjoy our writing, please share our blog, either on facebook or just share the link via email. We have about 15 followers! But to be able to keep this going, and inspire us, we need more! We’d also love comments! We are new at this, and learning. Give us thoughts on how to improve, either our writing, or the topics, or whatever.

We love you, and thank you for taking the time to check us out!
